Today, we invite you to lay down on the floor and to consider doing nothing. We took a good dose of 'just laying there' today and it felt amazing! Feel free to do the glutes workout if that feels right for you today. OR, just lay there! Both are great options.
On day three of our cruise, we were in Cabo San Lucas. We started the morning with Tai Chi Dance. We then had a Dance Party and a Groove DanceFloor session. With each experience, we had the pleasure of looking out onto the beautiful, rocky cliffs of Cabo San Lucas. We hope your experience of 'just laying there' is just as wonderful.
